Flowers \u003cmeta charset=\"utf-8\"\u003erange in color from dark maroon-red to almost black, and bloom sequentially on either side of the spike. They c\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003ean bloom continuously for up to 3-4 months as the spike continues to grow and elongate. Mature plants can be in bloom all year round.
